We specialize in Conventions and Trade Show Photography, servicing North America, including the United States, Hawaii, Canada, the Carribean Islands, and Mexico. In 1998 traveling with Arthur Murray International as far as Monte Carlo, France, in 2000 to Vienna, Austria and 2003/2005 to Rome and Verona, Italy. We service some of the most prestigious Ballroom Dance Competitions in the World! Doré Studios is Family owned and is now owned and operated by Gay Erlanger Davis, a second generation Doré Photographer. Doré has family facilities in photofinishing, film duplicaiton and video production in the greater Orlando Area. We broker all types of equipment to the trade. We have photographers located in most major cities in the U.S. or we travel.

Doré was founded in 1962 by Jack Davis, of Miami Beach, Florida where he had contracts with the Deauville, Carillon, Sheraton Bal Harbor, the Fontainebleau Hilton, and the Diplomat Hotel, in Ft. Lauderdale. Jack also had offices in Great Gorge, New Jersey at the Playboy Club, where his two sons, Mark and Herb Davis, operated out of for over eight years. Afterwards, Jack relocated to Orlando contracting with the Sheraton Twin towers. Mark and Herb opened Overnight Color Lab and Convention Photography on Lakehurst in the Orlando area. Mark Davis opened with Gay Erlanger other photofinishing outlets in Miami Beach, Hialeah, and the Miami area for about five years. In 1982 they relocated to the Orlando area only to service the hospitality industry in convention photography and most ballroom dance events around the world. In 1993 Doré Studios home base moved to New Smyrna Beach, Florida and has been operating there ever since. Now, in 2006 opening in Rome, Italy!
